Hello @Eris-wtga, welcome aboard to our community. Note that calories Left and your Calories In vs Out, will provide you different information but both are related. With the calories left it will tell you how many calories you can eat during the day including already your food plan deficit.
Calories In vs Out will let you know how many calories you have eaten against the calories you have burned due to your exercise. The Food Plan's tools update based on your foods logged and activities recorded by your tracker. Your Fitbit tracker is always watching, so the more you exercise throughout the day, the greater your calorie allowance will be.
If your Food plan configuration is "Personalized," keep in mind it will use your past activity history to estimate your calorie burn for the day and increases or decreases that number if you're more or less active then usual throughout the day. In other word it will project an estimation of calories allowance and if your activities decrease after the first half of the day your calorie allowance will decrease or normalize.
Hope this helps and keep me posted how it goes.
