Buying a new phone, help with compatibility?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just bought the charge 2 and to my dissapointment it is not compatible with my Huawei p9 lite. I'm now looking to buy a new phone, but I want it to be compatible.

I'm looking at two phones at the moment:

1. the Moto C Plus, mostly because of its beefy battery

 2. moto g4 plus, because its the most similar to my huawei and within budget

if anyone has either of these phone can you tell me if it syncs fine and also if notifications also work.

Neither are certified by Fitbit as compatible, which means that even if they do work now you can find if it stops working with a future software release then you're buggered.

It's happened before where some handsets have worked then stopped suddenly.

If you want support you need to buy one of the compatible handets, which is difficult as most of them are old hardware no longer available and will struggle performance wise. I'd suggest you look elsewhere; are you able to return the Charge2 for a refund, maybe get a Garmin.
