I want to link MyFitnessPal to my Fitbit account, but when I tried to do that it was blocked. Message from Fitbit says it is already linked to (my) My Fitness Pal. I did have a previous My Fitness Pal account, but it has been dormant for some time. The email would have been different, i.e., jjac2843@gmail.com. Can you suggest sn approach to trouble shooting this? I will ask Fitbit too. Their article on this says I need my Fitbit account ID, but so far I have not found that. Thanks for help.

You can revoke existing MFP account access to your Fitbit account by going to Settings under your logged in account in Dashboard. One in settings look for MFP under Applications.
Once it's removed you can try to add again.
