My phone updated a few days ago and then my fitbit app also updated, nothing works now.
I can't sync anything and from what I've been reading it seems like fitbit doesn't care. All there solutions point to the phone or user but not to their device.
When I turn on my bluetooth, every device shows up except the C3, even a device that's over 200kms away since my phone paired with it but it can't find the C3 less than 6 inches away. I think my phone and bluetooth work just fine, the software you are running in your products need major improvements.
Quit pointing the finger at your customers and figure it out
