This past week my Fitbit Charge 2 and/or the app stopped measuring bike speed and distance during my bike rides. I know the GPS is connecting because the app (mostly) displays the map of my ride correctly. The heart rate and other info appear accurate.
The screen shot below shows the results of my ride this morning, which was about about 32 km per Google maps. The Fitbit app incorrectly indicates I rode .95 km - it seems to have tracked the first .6 km and the last .35 km.
Here is this past Wednesday's ride, which indicates I cycled for over an hour but covered 0km (in reality it was about 18km).
This is not an issue with running or walking. The Fitbit seems to track the speed and distance of those correctly. Just the cycling is wrong.
Suggestions on how to fix?

Hello @JSC1967.
Thanks for taking the time to bring that up and sharing those pictures.
It is possible that this could be happening because the information is not being loaded properly. My recommendation in this case would be that you try to log out of your account from all ends and then back in. That should force the Dashboard to reload all of the details and should get accurate distances for the bike rides.
Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions.

I've logged in and logged out of both the Android app and the Desktop app between rides. I don't think it's the Dashboard picking up the wrong data from the device. I'm certain its the device not picking up the data correctly.

I have the exact same issue with Bike. It used yo work properly until the past few weeks. I also see only parts of my covered distance but the whole way my tracker 'sees my phone'. On my tracker I also do not see speed indication moving above 0. I tried using runkeeper to track my bike rides including map and distance, but it won't synchronise with the fitbit app (although rides tracked eith fitbit fo end up in runkeeper but not the other wat around).

It's been two months since you indicated Fitbit was looking into. It's still a problem with cycling and it's now happening with running as well.
What is the status?

Fitbit app still not correctly tracking distance or speed while cycling (or running). I rode 18.6KM this morning per Google maps. Fitbit tracked 0.6KM.
Is there a fix yet? If no, is there an ETA on when it might be?

I am having the same issue, my Fitbit Inspire HR is not tracking Mountain Biking distance correctly, even linked to MyFitnessPal which records data accurately and transfers details to my Fitbit but the distance on Fitbit is about a quarter of the distance shown in MFP, which is strange as the data has been drawn from MFP!!!
