Cal In v cal Out data disappearing

For the past couple of weeks when I go to add my food it shows previous days as not having eaten or expended any energy so I can't see if I was in goal or not by looking at the calories in v calories out chart. Yet if I scroll down it has recorded all my food but still shows calories in as 0.

This week it has "disappeared" all my calories bar 1 day but kept all my food data.

I've tried logging out, forcing a stop, uninstalling and reinstalling and going to the Web browser. Ive also deleted and reinput my food. Nothing seems to work!

Very frustrating as I use it often to see what my weekly totals are.

I'm having the same issue.

It started this morning. The last three days of nutrition data are gone. I can put in new items, but the calories will be off and read zero and items will disappear in minutes.

I've logged out, restarted and redone custom recipes only to have the same issue.

I hope to hear of a fix soon. Until then, it's back to pen and paper.

I'm having same issue. It looks like what I enter on the app doesn't sync up to the dashboard at Fitbit.com. if I add it on Fitbit.com dashboard it syncs down and stays on the app.

I've had this problem for about a month and what worked for me was going into the app settings on my phone click Fitbit then storage and cache then clear cache and clear data.  Uninstalling and reinstalling did not work for me, but I've been using the app with no problems for the last few days and it's been normal after I cleared data and cache.

CAUTION: You will lose all your food log data since your app stopped updating with the Fitbit servers.

Thanks. I was hoping to not avoid losing my log. I will do this as last resort.

Thanks again
