Not enough data to calculate calories

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The past few weeks when I use the exercise feature on the Sense, once I'm finished and sync it to the app all data is there such as heart rate, zones etc however for calories it just says not enough data available and doesn't record any. All other data is there though! It's really frustrating.

Has anyone else had this issue with the sense recently?

It's not an issue with Sense but with the Android app.

Answering your question - yes, this morning:

@t.parker   As an iPhone user, I don't browse the Android forum.  Is this a new issue or an ongoing issue?  Which app version do you have?  @Claire8579  What app version do you have?

I will move this thread to the Android forum.  I can merge this with a longer, active thread to help bring it to Fitbit's attention.

It's still a problem on the Android app version 3.62. I got the upgrade this morning and logged out/in to check. Still not working and it's been going on for months with no progress made by Fitbit to fix it.

Might be a coincidence, but for me this problem started the day our daylight saving changed to summertime, not with and app update.

Thanks  I'm still on version 3.59, shame that the newer version still isn't fixed.  Glad to hear it's not just happening to me. Hopefully it's something they do fix soon though!
