Hello @Annerose, good to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. I wonder if only the date is incorrect or is the time also off?

In this case the date and time is managed by the timezone location you have choose when you set up your account. If you need to review this, go to your Account Tab > Scroll down to Advanced settings > select your timezone that best reflects the time of your location.

You can also set this in Auto-timezone so this is configured automatically. To finish the process just sync your tracker to apply the changes you have made.

If this is not working, try to set up your tracker again on your existing account. For this you may need the step of this post that will tell you how to proceed in different platform devices.

Hope this helps. If you need more help, keep me posted.

Hello @tradavis, let me take this opportunity to give you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community! I was reading your post and probably the issue is already resolved? If not just let me know.

Indeed, you are correct. Nov 30th in fact is Thursday so it is possible the year might be different. However this is control by the timezone configuration of your boss phone. Usually I prefer to use my app with with automatic location and make sure the phone settings are correct.

If everything is correct and the issue continues, try the following post for more help: Changing Time Manually.

See you later and have a good one!
