My charge 2 is set to get phone and text notifications from my galaxy s9.   While the text notices are working, for the last few weeks the phone notices are coming through after the call has disconnected or been answered or coming through twice and it always shows the caller as unknown.  How do I fix this?

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. They help to troubleshoot notifications in a general sense. They should help in getting the call notifications to work normally again.
