Call Notifications not working with Versa

Versa not picking up call notifications picks up texts though.

Hi there @Terryjx1, nice to see you around and my apologies for the late response. How it goes so far, is the issue still persisting? Certainly this is not normal, so if the issue continues make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the most recent version. For more details, please review this post.

I have this issue as well.  Texts work fine, but I don't receive notifications for calls.

Hi there @meeshel8, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue with call notifications still persisting?

 

Usually this issue happen when the app is not able to maintain a stable connection with your watch. In case you still need help with this, make sure to have the most recent version of the Fitbti app.

 

There is a new version of the Fitbit app for Android gradually releasing to all our users that contain some new features and stability improvement that might be of you help. For more details please refer to this post.

orcheck if notifications are enabled on your Fitbit. Go into the settings menu and scroll to notifications. Then check all options are turned to ‘On’ or wait for a new update
