Call notifications for LG G3

My Charge HR is synced with my phone but it wouldn't let me use the call notication option. After some research I discovered that call notification was only accessible to my phone with the Android 5.0+ update. I recently did that update, but I still cannot use the call notification. It seems to be a common issue for people with the phone. Is there anyone out there who has found the resolution to this issue?

@biggie4412 . On your phone go to settings, general, security, notification access then Check the Fitbit notification to give access to the app to send notifications.

Thanks, it worked. But there needs to be some slight adjustment to the
directions.

Settings- (under personal list) security - notification access.
