I can't get my new charge hr to pair with my phone. I purchase it to use along with strava for cycling. My phone see it but doesn't connect. I have a Samsung prevail. Running android 4.4.4. Thanks for the help.

It's great to hear that you're a new Fitbit user, I recommend you doing the restart then follow the instructions listed on this article in order to set it up. I also recommend you checking the list of  compatible devices in order to verify that your device is supported by Fitbit.
