Caller ID always displays "unknown"

Can phone contacts be synced with Fitbit Alta to display contact name on the caller id when the contact is not part of the fitbit community/friends? My Alta tracker always displays "unknown" when I receive a call.

Try deleting the app from your phone an remove the device from the bluetooth settings on the device.

Reinstall the app and setup the device again.  After you set the caller id settings to what you want, you should get the caller name or #. 

I had this issue on the Charge HR,and the Charge 2 after I bought it.  Removing the app and devices fixed the issue and I get the correct information now.
