Caller ID for Force

I had a Fitbit Force that had an update that allowed the caller ID to display when I was getting a call on my Android phone.  I no longer have that FB Force and started using a second one that did not receive the update.  Is there a way I can get my current FB Force to display caller ID?  At the time it was a new feature and now seems to be common on all the newer devices.

Hi there @Staplebench, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Well after I was reading your post and the reason you are not receiving notification on your Force is due to the firmware update itself. However the Fitbit Force has been discontinued and the update you had with your previous Force is not longer available. So as long this update is not install on your current tracker this feature wont work anymore.

Hello @Staplebench, Unfortunately the Fitbit Force does not have more software support and since all the updates are released via Fitbit app there is no option to access to this archive to install the last version of the Fitbit Force. Therefore, for the reasons mentioned above, we won’t be providing another firmware update for Force in future releases.
