For about a week now, my caller ID is NOT correct. It appears to be one caller behind. Ever time I get a call, my Charge 2 says one thing & I look at my phone and it has the correct ID.
Is there a way to reset my Fitbit?
Or would that even help?

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

I am having the same issue when receiving phone calls. Caller ID is not accurate and have tried the above fixes. I have an LG V40 ThinQ synced with my charge 2. Fitbit app is updated to v3.8 and I have Android v9

My phone is a Google Pixel 3 and I have Android v10.
The Fitbit app is v3.8 but my Charge 2 says version 22.22.58.0
