Caller ID not working Alta HR

Hi. I got my new fitbit alta hr yesterday and I'm having trouble setting up caller ID

I'm on Android I have a galaxy S7

All it says is 'unknown' on the watch even though the contact is in my phone book 

I've read through the instructions. All notifications are on. 

It's also not showing me any texts. I use go sms on my phone. 

Can anyone help please?

Unfortunately this issue is happening with the Alta as well. I have contacted Fitbit support several times and have been told that it is an issue on their end and they are working on fixing it. However, that was well over a month and a half ago and nothing has changed. I can't see who is calling or texting me and I can't see the content of the text message.

I am actually returning my Fitbit and getting a different tracker that will do both on my Samsung Galaxy S7.

I am having this issue it started about 2 months ago though - not happy I can't see who is calling me because at work I need to know who is calling me with out pulling my phone out of my pocket.  it sucks, hope they get it fixed soon.
