I have a charge 2. Whenever someone calls me it shows up as unknown even though I have the number saved in my phone which is a galaxy S5. I have tried restarting my fitbit with no solution. When that same person texts me it shows their name. Help I am becoming frustrated.

I had that same issue, and it drove me crazy until I tried someone's suggestion to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It worked fine after I did that!
