Hi, I notices you are new in our community. Welcome aboard @Buffcoat1445. My first recommendation is to make sure your mobile device is compatible with this feature. You can check this information here: https://www.fitbit.com/devices.
If your Phone is compatible and is not receiving call notifications, take a moment to re-enable this feature. Once you have done this and nothing is working, please review this article: "My tracker isn't receiving call or text notifications from my Android device".

Best AnswerEvery call i have shows up as unknown caller even though they are in my contacts previously contacts came up as their name pls help
