I jave become overly frusterated with this portion of the app. I need this extremely dumbed down for me as I am not familiar with calorie deficit. I set my daily deficit to 500 a day. My goal to eat is 1300 calories a day. Please explain to me how many calories I am supposed to burn. Please DO NOT give me the generic answer you get on google search vause I still dont understand. It also tells me I am 47 calories over my budget.. how in the world is this determined.. I have tried every possible math equation I could think of and still have no idea where this number comes from... any helo would be greatly appreciated PLEASE ITS FOR DUMMIES LIKE MY SELF!
