I do a brisk walk each day for 3.5 km and get 294 calories burned and Cardio Load of 29. I rest for 30 minutes and do the same route at a normal pace and burn 321 calories and Cardio Load of 1. I get similar results each day. Why am I burning more calories on the second time?
