I'm hoping someone can help me understand what my app is telling me about my calorie budget.
This is from my android app today, telling me how I did yesterday. I understand where the Calorie in and Calorie out figures come from - but how can this be over budget?
I am set to aim for a calorie deficit of 750 a day, so would have expected my allowance to be 3518-750 = 2768. Having eaten 1301 calories, I'd expect to be 2768-1301 = 1467 under budget, rather than 326 over.
Most grateful for any clarification.
