Has there been any  news or tips on how i can sync my charge fitbit..my last sync was may 12.. i've tried all the troubleshooting the app provides and no success.. i keep getting the tracker not found message on my app 😞

Hi @lorennys86

 

Did you try restarting the tracker & the phone? Make sure location (gps) is enabled as it's required to be turned on to sync.. with bluetooth and internet (mobile or wifi)..

Hey sweetie @lorennys86, beside @SunsetRunner's recommendation I'd also like you to check that your Fitbit app is up-to-date and also try setting up your Fitbit as a new device.
