The last couple of days when recording my meals I have noticed that all my days are now reading "under" where before they may have been in the green or red zone.have logged out numerous times and switched off fitbit as well as turning phone off. I know that some of my days should definitely be in the red zoñe.. any help would be great.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @SARAB1980! Your food plan setting is set by default to "Personalized", which uses your past activity history to estimate your calorie burn for the day and increases or decreases that number if you're more or less active then usual throughout the day. Since your calorie budget is calculated based on your daily calorie burn, your calorie budget will fluctuate.

In other words, while your calorie budget resets to a certain number at the start of each day, as the day progresses your calorie budget fluctuates based on your activity, increasing when it projects you will exceed your average daily calorie burn (for example if you go on a big run in the morning) and decreasing/normalizing when your activity slows later on.

If this fluctuation is disconcerting or disruptive to you, I'd like to kindly suggest visiting your food plan and selecting "Set my own calorie target" to establish a permanent daily calorie goal. Also, you can read this interesting series of post that can guide you with your Food Plan by @SebringDon.

I hope this gets you back on track! 🙂
