I got a new phone about a month ago. I haven't been able to sync my fitbit since before my old phone died.
How can I sync my fitbit to my new phone? It's a combatable device, and when I turn my blue tooth on it says it's searching but never does anything...

So the Charge HR needs to sync with your phone.
Which Android system are you running - 5 or 6? I have 5 myself.
I've found restarting the Fitbit, logging out of the app and restarting the phone and logging in and turning on bluetooth can help. You try that and let us know how it's going.

I am running android 4.1.2, When I check to see if it is up to date it says it is. I have tried restarting the device and my phone as well.

Try getting with support. They can see things on their side that you and I can't see ourselves. Might be something they can help with.
