The app has been giving this message today. The last sync was around 24 hours ago. Tried logging out of app and logging back in. Wifi and mobile data are both on.

Hi

If not already done feel free restarting the phone & the tracker.

Feel free restarting the tracker:

Restart the tracker

URL: Click / Tap to open the Fitbit Help Article 'How do I restart the tracker?'

If able to use wifi, it's no need to have mobile internet turned on (that saves data from the mobile data plan), if paying per usage it can become costly if turned on mobile data constantly.

Hope it helps

I'm glad to see you around the Community @Luv2mulch Smiley Very Happy, welcome! Adding of what my friends @Jack_Yaz @SunsetRunner suggested, I'd recommend taking a look at this post where you'll find the requirements to sync and how to solve the issue.

I always had this messages every days. When I ask to solve community and Fitbit Team, They always reply to restart your tracker and phone 😂😂😂 . After that you can use well. I am very disappointed to restart tracker and phone. Fitbit can't solve this issue.
