  • The food logs prior to the app update have disappeared from the dashboard. The logs are still there, but the calories don't transfer to the dashboard tile.

Hello @CindyLouWho22, it's nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community. Certainly this is the first time I heard a behavior like this from the Fitbit app.

Would you mind to share a screenshot of your Dashboard that allow me to have a closer look of this issue?

In the meantime I would like to recommend to try the following steps:

- Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings.

- Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list.

- Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and finish this workaround by restarting your phone.

- When your phone has initialized again, go back to your app and try again.

Keep me posted, I'll be around in case you need more help.

This was answered in another thread. Only the apps at the top show that day's info when looking at past days. All the others only show current day info. We have to tap the tile in order to see history. Very inconvenient.

Hi there @CindyLouWho22, Indeed, if you are moving to previous days, only the main stat will update as you saw on that thread. Those secondary tiles like calorie consumption or water intake wont display previous days and is require to enter individually for more details.. This is a normal behavior from the new design of the app across all mobile platforms.

See you around and stay tune to the Fitbit Community.
