I noticed yesterday specifically that when I entered my lunch in MyFitnessPal when it synced to Fitbit it was doubling or even tripling the calories in Fitbit. And it only happened with lunch.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? It seems that this is occurring due to the integration between the Fitbit app and MyFitnessPal app. That said, I suggest you to check the information that's specified on: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app? and revoke the access of such app, let me know if the issue persists.
