Hello, having a hard time linking (as in to get notifications) my new versa 2 with my Xiaomi mi9. Finally managed to get it working for calls, but not whatsapp notification. Any kind advice from any1?

Hi @Elmorean, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding.

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared with us. As it turns out, the Xiaomi Mi9 is not a supported mobile device with our products and services, therefore, you can experience some connection difficulties with it and your Versa 2. However, if you haven't already done so, please try the troubleshooting steps from our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
