havn't used by fitbit app for a few years, i can log in to the website using facebook as i always did, email is correct on the website, forgot password option sends NO email i've tried 100+ times now.
ive tried all the stupid work arounds about turning on and off bluetooth and wifi and data, and setting clock to auto etc..
i cannot log in to the website or any app with facebook credentials, but if i use the website and select facebook and log in that way, it logs me right in.
at this point you cant just change your password you have to wait for an email that never arrives.
what else can i do at this point? for cripes sake u cant even delete your account and start over because you need to type your password to do it, which doesnt work because you cant use a password unless it goes through the facebook app.
