Since the newest update it stopped tracking calories burned. I even contacted support and my husband did everything they suggested

Which device?
"it stopped tracking calories burned" - that's not enough information to go on. Do you really mean it shows zero calories burned? On device, or on phone app? For the whole day? For how many days?
Or do you really mean it is not showing calorie burn accurately?
