Calories not updating properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've noticed that my calories eaten are now always different on the updated dashboard as opposed to inside the app when you go into food log screen.  Anyone else having this issue and is there an easy fix?

I'm having a similar issue. On my dashboard it'll say I have 1000 calories left and then within the food section it'll say I have like 147 left. I'm assuming the dashboard is telling me my limit for the day and within the food section is telling me my limit based off the calories I've burned, but the different numbers are still quite annoying. I was wondering if there was a fix to this as well.

I have been seeing the same difference in calories, very similar to yours. The difference between the two is very large and has been happening all week. Also, I log food in MyFitnessPal and normally when my exercise is synced my Fitbit dashboard and MyFitnessPal remaining calories are within a few calories of each other. This week they can differ by 600 or more. So now I am looking at 3 different numbers of calories. MyFitnessPal seems closest to what I would expect based on the calories in. So I suspect something has changed with fitbit programing. The calories in that I have been loosing weight on are now usually saying I am over.

I have been seeing the exact same thing on my apps as well. I came on here looking for a fix. It is drastically different. Today on dashboard it says I have 1492 calories left, I ran 5km first thing so this is very consistent with how it has always been. This used to copy over exactly to the food log but when I go there it shows I only have 573 calories left in my budget and I have not logged a thing for food yet. That's almost a thousand calories different so everyday it looks like I am over but I am not.

I am also having the same problem of calories not updating properly. I contavted Fitbit and they asked me to send screen shots which I did. They then replaced my  Charge HR as it was still under warranty but the problem still exists. Not sure what to do next!

This issue started after the last update in early May...called customer service,  sent screen shots too..they are aware of the issue and are working on it. .....hopefully will be corrected in the next update. I know it's super frustrating especially since they said the dashboard # is correct but the app is using the tile calorie # which is must lower.

When I emailed customer services and sent screenshots they wouldn't even recognise it as an issue, so it's good to hear that hopefully this will be resolved in a future update as I don't know whether I'm coming or going with my calorie deficit!
