Calories out

Calories out has stopped working in the app. It's counting on my charge 6, everything is syncing apart from Calories out. Another app issue i fear.

I was referring to the one mentioned by JuanFitbit. I'm not interested in AI, I just want the basics to work!

My calories out is the same, works when it feels like it (along with other parts of the app) like adding custom food, which is probably linked. Tracking a run. It's now getting so frustrating I'm thinking of changing to a Garmin or Samsung, because as i have mentioned previously i know people with both who dont have issues. Have had a fitbits since 2018 with no issues until recently with my charge 6. And it appears no one can sort out the issues permanently, all short term fixes, like restart or uninstall etc. Not good enough anymore.

I totally agree. Even with the update, I have to force stop the app several times per day. What is everyone thinking of switching to?

At one end of the market there is the Samsung fit 3, which does a great job
for all the basic stuff and more, without all the app issues. Then a mid
range priced Garmin a PT person I know has, is very good. Both of the
brands also come with a large price range depending on your own personal
requirements.
Don't get me wrong, I like my charge 6, it's great for what I want. I just
don't like all the app issues.
