Hello @SunsetRunner! I apologized for the delayed response.
Thanks for sharing those screen shots, they definitely help.
There is a chance that it had to do with the app not loading all information up properly. I'd recommend logging out of the app, force closing it and then logging back in. That would force the app to reconnect with the server and reload all information.
You can log out by going into the account tab of the app and then scrolling all the way down.
I'd also like to ask if this has happened ever since? Or if the numbers evened out by the end of the day?
Let me know if you have any further questions.
@LanuzaFitbit this has always been an issue. I actually did the troubleshooting you recommended before I even posted my question. It does not resolve the issue and it doesn't even out at the end of the day

Hello @SunsetRunner.
Thanks for trying that troubleshooting way before posting about it and thanks for replying to my questions.
I'd like to ask you some other questions:
Look forward to your reply
@LanuzaFitbit when setting a food plan, you pick the calorie deficit. It's not either or. The calories left is always more on the tile. They have never matched.
See also calories left v calories left in budget.
It's the same problem. @RobertoME doesn't seem to have an answer for this either.
Best Answer@Lilbiddy I've had my Charge 2 for over a year now and it never matched. I just do the math in my head.
So I completely deleted the food plan and have no weight goal set. My calories in are lower than my calories out but the daily calorie goal is less than the calories in so I'm guessing that's why it's showing my calories over. But I don't think that it should be considered over. That should be determined by calories in versus calories out not the daily calorie goal.

Hello @Lilbiddy and @SunsetRunner.
@SunsetRunner In that case you could edit the calorie goal.
Having said that, I understand where you are coming from. I will be sure to pass your feedback on to the rest of the team. Please do know that we take all feedback into account.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
@LanuzaFitbit The only calorie goal set, is the amount of calories you want to burn in a day. Take a look at the picture . Calories in are definitely lower than calories out so how in the world am I 332 calories over?
