Camera Option Error App Crashes

Hi All

I am using latest version of Fitbit Android App(01.nov.2019). Whenever I try to use Camera Icon to share my data such as dashboard,distance or i try to capture picture the app crashes. It is very frustrating. 

I uninstalled the app and again installed it. Logged out and again logged in but issue not resolved.

My Phone Model: Redmi Note 5

Android Version:8.1.0. Security patch level:2019-06-01.

Please resolve or guide

This is a well know bug of the Fitbit app. I have been reading this problem since 2018. The Fitbit app camera option simply doesn't work on Androids 8.1.0.
