Can not connect to bluetooth to set up new device

Inspire hr. Just bought it charged it and went to set up. The inspire will not connect to bluetooth to set up. Why? What am i doing wrong. It says unable to connect

Thanks for letting me know about your Inspire HR, and let's work on this together. Let me explain that first you need to setup your device in the Fitbit app so then it can appear connected via Bluetooth. To proceed with this, please try the following steps:

  1. Install the Fitbit app from the Google Play.
  2. Make sure your Inspire HR is within 20 feet from your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap Join Fitbit.
  4. Enter your personal information to create your account.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Fitbit device to your phone.

Give it a try and if the issue persists, provide me with your phone's model and Android version, so I can further investigate.
