Watch won't charge

Unable to sync my watch and it won't hold its charge. Watch just blinks the fitbit icon and then dies won't synk to phone for about 3 days now.

Thanks for letting me now about your Fitbit device, and I'm sorry that you're going through this situation. To work on this together, please let me know the model of your Fitbit device. Also, if you've not done so, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Clean the gold contacts on the back of your device and charging cable.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device.
  3. Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
