I have an Android and I was logged out of my account. It didn't accept my password and I received no password help email despite asking for one 5 times. Called and was told I could email, except there is NO email address listed anywhere on your site! When I went to this site to leave a message, I was told I didn't have an account. I've had an account for over 2 years! I had to start a brand new account and lost ALL my data because of your update! I'm not happy with Fitbit right now. You need to make it possible for people to contact you if you lose their account, because this is not good customer service.
