Went for tracked walk this morning. After completion tried to check my heart rate in exercise. Keep on telling me "Can not view when you offline"

Tried again a quick walk to see if it is working but no luck at all. Unpair my fitbit and re-installed my app but still not working. Using Samsung s7.

Hello @PetroLouw its nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! Are you using any specific feature like MobileRun or Connected GPS to track your exercise? Also I'm wondering if you had internet signal at the moment the message was prompt on your app? Many features of the app require internet connection either from Wifi or from your mobile network.

 

In the meantime try the steps I have suggested on this post.
