Help!!. My Charge will only sync when I turn my phone off and on. I have tried all the trouble shooting tips with no luck. I called customer service and they just repeated the trouble shooting tips. My bluetooth is fine as all other devices hook up and sync no problem. This issue never happened when I first got it. I didn't use it for 6 months and tried it out again. I had to download an update and now the sync issue persists. please tell me I don't have to shut my phone off and on everytime to sync. I hope someone else has had this issue.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S4.

Thanks for your help.

Thank you for the suggestion. I checked which version my app is and it is the 2.17 as well. I'm still having the same issue.

@Mike253 I answered another post re the Surge and found, when I went outside away from my total electronic environment the device synced immediately. It hasn't synced since, 2 hours ago and that includes the Fitbit Connect auto sync.

@Mike253 Thanks for confirming that you're on the latest version of the app. It sounds like you've tried what you can on your own at this time. I recommend continuing the discussion with our Support Team who will be able to review your devices back-end information to provide you with some further options. Keep me posted please.

I had the same problem.  I turned all day sync off.  Once I did this, it synced manually each time.  Before turning all day sync off, the manual sync didn't work.
