Can't Factory Reset Fitbit Charge 2

I've tried all the popular methods for charge charge hr and charge 2. I plug it in and the charge symbol is on, I hold it down until logo pops up, then I unplug and it goes back to normal (either showing the full battery, one of those "left foot, right foot" or "hello!" or whatever sayings shows up and goes back to my current steps.

I need this to reset to when I opened it in the beginning, where it shows fitbit.com/setup 

How do I do that?? Help please

@Dklupschy, there is no factory reset for the Charge 2, just a restart which you have already done. The data in the Charge 2 does not get erased.
