I have a charge lll and Samsung galaxy 6. I am receiving message notifications but I am unable to open them?

Thanks for bringing this up. I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on.

 

The first thing I'd like to ask you to do is to restart your Charge 3. After that it should let you open the notifications.
