Hi everyone, I had the same syncing problems as everyone else, so I started doing random stuff in order to fix it. The following steps worked for me after a lot of trail and error:
1. Open Fitbit app on your Samsung (just leave it open on the screen).
2. On your Versa smartwatch, go to "settings".
3. Go to "bluetooth".
4. Try to add an audio device (it will force your fitbit to scan via bluetooth).
5. After this, my samsung automatically found my Versa (after +- 5 seconds) and will start to update my data.
Additional settings I use:
- Continue Syncronization is switched off;
- Always connected is switched off;
- Stay active widget is turned on.
I dont have time to snuffle around in all the topics to look if this is already posted, if so, delete my topic.
Hope that this helped some people. The problem drove me mad so I really wanted to post this.
