Can't Receive Notifications on Charge 3

I have a p30 Pro and there is no where in the app to turn on call and texts notifications, I did have iPhone but since I changed phones I get no notifications. I've tried everything!

Please help! Haha

Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the P30 and Charge 3 on your own  to get the notifications working.

 

This might be happening because the P30 is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

 

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps for the notifications. Could you confirm if you have tried all of the steps listed in that help article in the order that they show up?

 

Also, if you still have access to your iPhone please go to that phone's Bluetooth settings and remove any Fitbit devices that show up as paired in there. After that try setting notifications up again on your P30. That should help in case the situation is that you Charge 3 is bonded with the iPhone.
