Can't Set Profile Picture

I can't change my profile picture in the fitbit app is there something I'm doing wrong? Please help.

I'd like to take a closer look at what is going on and help you get the picture.

Please confirm if you have tried going through the steps in this help article. If you have not, following those steps will let you get the profile picture you want. 

If you have already followed those steps please let me know if you are getting some sort of error message or please explain what exactly is happening.

I've followed the given steps but I still can't change my profile picture. I selected the picture I wanted , croped it and confirmed but it still doesn't appear on my profile. Thanks for your help btw

Thanks for letting us know that you have gone through all of those steps.

I'd like to ask if you are getting sort of error message showing when you try to save the picture or if it just doesn't go through. Also, what browser are you using?

In the meantime please try using a different browser. It could be that the picture is not going through because of it and that another browser will do the job.

I'm sorry I don't use any browser to change my profile picture I use the
Fitbit app to change my profile picture. And when I confirmed my picture
nothing pops up , no errors whatsoever . Hope you guys can fix this problem
as soon as possible . Thanks 😊

Thanks for your prompt reply.

In that case please do try uploading the picture through a web browser. That should help in getting the picture through to your profile and show up all around.

Fitbit app does not find my device or log my daily stats and no profile pic appears on page so I can't open settings to turn blue tooth on what do i do it was working but not now keeps doing this

Hello. I have tried both the app and various browsers to change my profile picture and cover photo and I am unable to. In the app, I select the picture and how I want to crop it and select "save", then it simply goes back to my original picture. If I try and do it online, instead of going back to my original picture it loops forever. Please help.
