Can't add Sleep tile on the Fitbit App

I have the Versa 2 model, version 35.70.7.14. I haven't used it in a while, but I used to use it daily for sleep tracking.

Recently I installed the fitbit app on my android phone and was surprised to see that "sleep" wasn't even one of the buttons anymore on the main dashboard or whatever it is called. When I press on the "today" button on the bottom of the app, there is no button for sleep.

After doing some research, I figured out that I had to press the "discover" button on the bottom of the app, then choose "health & fitness stats". If I scroll (swipe?) to the bottom, I see an option to add "sleep". When I press on this button to add sleep, there is a grayed-out "open" button on the bottom that I cannot select and prevents me from using or opening it. I installed the fitbit app on a different android phone, synced the watch, and it still has the exact same results.

My question is how can I use the sleep feature on my Versa 2? Has the sleep feature been revoked? Why can't I add it to the main screen? Why can't I select it? Why is the button grayed out?Screenshot_20230710_011130.jpgScreenshot_20230710_011342.jpgScreenshot_20230710_012329.jpg

@bubblybubblegum Welcome to the forums! I will gladly help you regarding the sleep tile on your Fitbit app.

Thanks for the explanation, the screenshots and your initiative to resolve this on your own. To be honest, first time I see this happen. Please note that the sleep feature is still available for the Versa 2. The rest of your questions I do not know the answer to, but I will gladly help you resolve this.

Would you be so kind to let me know the model of your Android devices? Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Recently the app has been updated quite frequently. I suggest you clear the Fitbit app's cache memory and try again. I would also set up the Versa 2 as a new device over the Fitbit app. That means removing it from your account and setting it up again. Thanks in advance!
