Hi ! 🙂 I'm trying to add exercice manually, and it's not working...
I put all the data, push log it, and it doesn't show in the exercice tab, nor does it updates the data for that day 😞
I've tried restarting my phone. No difference.
Could you help me solve this ? 🙏 Anyone else has this issue ?

Thanks for the explanation and what you have tried so far. Have you checked the Fitbit.com website? To see if the activities do show up there? It could be just the app. Please make sure it is up to date. Recently new versions have been launched. Visit the Google Playstore and check for an update.

Yes I have checked and it is the latest version of the app, and yes, I have also checked on fitbit.com website, and it is not showing !

Would you be so kind to let me know which Anroid device are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache memory of the Fitbit app? The path to this particular setting varies throughout phones. However, it usually goes like this. Open the settings app on your Android device. Look for "apps" and tap on it. All apps on the device should be listed. Usually they are sorted alphabetically. Look for Fitbit and tap on it. Then look for a section regarding "storage". There you will have the option to clear the cache memory. This will log you out, but it will not delete any of your fitness data. Log back in and try logging an activity again please. If the issue persists, please try logging an activity from the Fitbit.com website, to confirm if it is just an issue with the app or your account overall. Thanks in advance.
