Hello,

When I try to add friends under the Facebook category,  none show up. I have tried logging out of both apps, making sure my email address is the same on both apps, un-syncing Fitbit on the Facebook app and the. Re-syncing. Nothing works. On the Fitbit app, it doesn't show FB as an approved part app, but there is also no way to add one. It only shows Map My Run and Dicks sporting goods. Is there a way to grant access to a 3rd party application that I don't know about?

Hi there, @Valentinepisano. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this inconvenience before reaching out. 

Please confirm if you've tried the following in order to add friends from your Fitbit app: 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your name > View All Friends > Add Friends.
  3. Choose a method to find friends, then tap the Add Friend icon next to the name or email address of the person you want to add.
