Error message keeps popping up saying can't connect and gives me three options to try and they all do not work. Restarted the fitbit and uninstalled the app multiple times and still no luck. Any help or suggestions to fix this problem?

Hi @SoccerKid2222. It's nice to see a new face around.
I'm sorry that the Fitbit app isn't allowing you to add devices, and thanks for troubleshooting your Fitbit device prior posting. Let's work on this together! Taken in mind the steps that you've tried, I'd recommend to give a try to the following:
- To avoid any interference, turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
- On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
- Go back to the previous screen, tap on force stop and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the profile's icon.
- Tap on setup a new device and choose your Fitbit device.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
If the issue persists, please provide me with the model of your Fitbit device, as well with your phone's model. This way I can further investigate this situation.
Keep me posted! 😉
