Welcome to the Community @Baverill. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend verifying that you have a Compatible Phone. After this, Restart your tracker and try the Setup Procedure one more time.
Let me know the outcome!

I've updated the software on my I phone iOS to 10.2 and now my Fitbit blaze won't sync or keep time. I've reloaded the app, turned my phone on and off, reset the Fitbit and now removed the device from my I phone. When I go to reload it, it allows me to put the 4 digit access code in then just says connecting. This can go fo hours. Help

I just figured it out!
Go into your bluetooth settings, find your blaze then chose the option "forget this device."
Restart your bluetooth and fitbit app and then try adding your device again.
This worked for me. Hopefully it does the same for you. 🙂
