Can't add friends

Can't find friends  Is it because I'm Android and they are Iphone

Hi there @Fitfee, welcome to the Community Forums. I'll be glad to help you to add your friends. 😉

There has nothing to do if you're on Android phone and they on iPhone. So, please confirm you're doing the following to add friends from your Fitbit app: 

1. Tap the Today tab and tap your profile picture. 
2. Tap your name > View All Friends > Add Friends. 
3. Choose a method to find friends, then tap the Add Friend icon next to the name or email address of the person you want to add.

This did NOT work for me. I have repeatedly tried to Add Friend with both Username and Email and I still receive a "Failed to send Friend Request" message. Is there any way to add friends through a web browser? Does that method work with Chrome? I have created a group for a club that I am in. My end goal is to get the club members into a closed group. How does one do that? There is no obvious way through the app on my Android phone or through my browser. This has been a very frustrating afternoon. (sigh)

I get an error 403.  I can't add any friends!

Hi Marre! I also get the error 403 with email and error 404 using login name when following the instructions. Is there any help for us?
